Sometime around now, I was pestered about keeping a blog.
I successfully ignored this until leaving for the US to work, when I had (a) a laptop, and (b) nothing better to do.
I typed some random thoughts and happenings into a text file, until later deciding to put it up on LiveJournal. And thus, this.
