After all the sun yesterday, we got a couple of inches of snow overnight. So, all the trees were white as I drove to work this morning, but it’ll be slush within a few hours.
Random observation: doing linux work, with a victim machine that takes five minutes to reboot, gives you lots of spare time to waste.
The warm weather continues, and today was even sunny, so I took some more photos. It’s worth comparing this shot to the same scene a month before.
Like a good little consumer, went to the mall this morning. The one out here is really just an enormous carpark with large shops scattered around it. People literally do get back in their car and drive from one side of the mall to the other. Spent some time in Borders drinking good coffee (which is sadly scarce at work) while browsing through the books. Also, I should note that there appears to be a pharmacy chain named after a common revision control system.
Currently, it is 18°C at Westchester Airport, and 19°C at Sydney Airport. So really, I no longer have any reason to whinge.
Now I’ve just gotta hope it stays this way.
